Privacy that’s
explained clearly.
What stays on your device, what reaches your chosen provider, and how to request help with your data.
1. Information used by the app
When you add a source, the app processes the name, server or playlist URL, and, if provided, account username and password or access token. It also stores preferences, favorites, recently used information and playback resume positions. Provider passwords are kept in the device’s Apple Keychain, while other saved source details and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Playlist links can contain access tokens. Treat exported playlists and screenshots containing URLs as sensitive.
2. Connections to your chosen services
When you add or play a source, the app sends the connection information needed to retrieve playlists, metadata, artwork, guide data or media to the servers you select. Those servers and their hosting or delivery partners may receive your network address, source credentials or stream tokens, and information needed to fulfil your requests. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
HTTPS can protect data in transit when supported by the destination. A source explicitly configured with HTTP does not provide encrypted HTTP transport. The app may use Apple AVPlayer or bundled VLCKit for playback.
3. Support messages and this website
If you email support, we receive the information you include and your email address and use it to respond and resolve your request. Email providers process these messages to deliver them. This static support-page bundle does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account forms or cookies set by its own JavaScript. Your web host, CDN and network providers may nevertheless collect normal access logs or other technical information according to their configuration and policies.
4. Sharing and selling
The app’s requested connections transmit information to the providers you choose. Support correspondence is handled through email service providers. We do not claim that third-party providers do not collect data, and we cannot control their retention practices. This website bundle does not include advertising or analytics services. If additional SDKs, hosting features or services are deployed, this notice and App Store privacy disclosures must be updated accordingly.
5. Retention and deletion
Locally saved sources stay on your device until removed; removing a provider source deletes its saved Keychain password and cached library metadata for that source. Other local preferences, favorites and playback history may remain until app data is cleared. Removing the app typically removes its sandbox data; Keychain items may survive reinstallation, so remove saved sources in the app first when possible.
Support emails are retained only as needed to address requests and meet any applicable legal requirements; you may request deletion by emailing the support address below. We cannot delete an account held by an independent provider. See Delete data for practical steps.
6. Your choices and contact
Choose which sources to add, remove saved sources you no longer use and contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information you sent to app support. For requests, email [email protected]. This notice was prepared September 19, 2026 for the standalone media-player app; review it whenever the app or website’s actual data practices change.
