Answers, troubleshooting and direct contact information for the GhostStream media-player app.
We’re here to help.
Tell us the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, access tokens or private playlist URLs.
Get started
- Open GhostStream Player and choose an add-source option.
- Enter or import a compatible source you are authorized to use.
- If available, provide an XMLTV URL for guide information.
- Save the source, then browse its categories or enter a stream.
Troubleshooting
My playlist or provider login does not load
Check the exact server or playlist address and your connection. Confirm your credentials directly with your provider, and try again. Some services are unavailable or incompatible; GhostStream cannot repair external provider servers.
A stream will not play or keeps buffering
Try a different authorized stream, check your connection, and try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Playback format and stream availability depend on your provider.
Where are my saved sources?
Open Saved Sources from the app and select a saved entry. Removing a saved provider source also deletes its locally stored Keychain password and associated metadata cache.
How can I report a bug?
Email our support address with the app version, device type and steps to reproduce. Do not include passwords or secret source URLs.
Can you give me channels or subscriptions?
This support site is for the GhostStream Player app. The app itself does not provide or bundle channels, playlists, movies or subscriptions. Contact your source provider regarding its own content or account.
Data and privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests concerning GhostStream Player, see the app privacy policy and data deletion instructions, or email [email protected]. A provider account is managed by the provider, not deleted by removing its saved entry in this app.
