What this page covers
These terms are for use of the standalone GhostStream Player application and related app-support pages. They do not replace any separate agreement for products, accounts or subscriptions offered elsewhere on ghoststream.io.
Use of the player
GhostStream Player is software for opening media sources selected by the user. The app does not itself supply or bundle channels, media libraries, subscriptions or provider credentials. You are responsible for using sources and content you have permission to access and for complying with applicable law and provider terms.
External content and availability
Third-party sources may become unavailable, change formats, require credentials or impose their own conditions. We do not control independently operated sources and cannot guarantee their availability, content accuracy, performance or licensing.
Software and open-source notices
Parts of the player use third-party software including VLCKit. Their respective licenses and notices apply separately; see Third-party licenses. These terms do not override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
